(EJ) Vietnam Explorer – 14 Feb 2025 – Fully Escorted ex Perth

13 Days

After 2 huge fun tours to Vietnam in April this year, we are putting on another trip for those that missed out in 2024. A few small tweaks, thanks to the feedback of the previous groups, and now we are ready to go. There will only be one Vietnam tour this year (Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City) so please do not delay in booking if this one is on your list. We are doing a week RnR in Hoi An after this trip and this will be available for an extension option, should you wish to join us. (subject to availability)

Vietnam is a captivating destination that offers a unique blend of natural beauty, rich history, and vibrant culture. From the stunning landscapes of Ha Long Bay and the terraced rice fields of Sapa to the bustling streets of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, there’s something for every traveller. Vietnam’s culinary scene is equally enticing, with an array of delicious dishes like pho and banh mi that highlight the country’s diverse flavours. Additionally, the warm hospitality of the Vietnamese people and the affordable cost of travel make Vietnam an appealing choice for an unforgettable adventure.

Itinerary

Meet Travel with Me Director, Annette Porter, at Perth Airport on day of departure. If departing from another Australian City then we will advise the meetup location.

Our driver will be waiting for us at Hanoi Airport. The journey from the airport to your hotel will take approximately one hour and is an entertaining experience full of chaotic traffic, hectic architecture and overloaded motorbikes.

Welcome to Vietnam!

Hanoi is a window to a world from long ago that has been dragged into the present. Motorbikes whizz around, ladies haggle over the price of bread being sold from a bicycle, business deals are struck over a cup of green tea, whilst sitting on little plastic stools by the side of the road. Prepare to be amazed by this frantic, yet incredibly charming slice of real Asia.

6.30pm our tour guide will meet us at the hotel and take us to a nice restaurant for a Welcome Dinner.

After that, free time at your leisure to explore Hanoi by night.
